1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and booking services through Glam Concierge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our mobile salon and glam concierge services.
2. Services
Glam Concierge is a boutique mobile salon and glam concierge service providing on-location beauty services including, but not limited to:
- Hairstyling & Haircutting
- Hair Color Services
- Hair Extensions
- Bridal & Event Glam
- Editorial & Red Carpet Styling
- On-location Beauty Services
All services are performed on-site at the client’s requested location unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe working conditions, or violation of these terms.
3. Booking & Payments
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, extensions required, location travel, and additional services requested.
- Travel fees may apply depending on location.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
- Bridal and large event bookings may require extended cancellation notice (outlined in contract).
We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergencies, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Mobile Service Conditions
Clients must ensure:
- A safe, clean, and well-lit workspace.
- Access to electrical outlets.
- Adequate ventilation when chemical services are performed.
- No disruptive or unsafe behavior during service.
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary, services may be terminated and payment will remain due.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Clients must disclose:
- Allergies
- Scalp conditions
- Medical conditions
- Chemical sensitivities
- Recent hair treatments
Glam Concierge is not liable for adverse reactions when clients fail to disclose relevant information.
Patch tests are recommended for color services.
7. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence and customized results, outcomes may vary depending on:
- Hair condition
- Previous chemical history
- Texture & density
- Aftercare
We do not guarantee specific results, particularly for corrective color or extension blending.
8. Hair Extensions Policy
- All extension sales are final.
- Custom color extensions are non-refundable.
- Proper maintenance is required to preserve longevity.
- We are not responsible for damage due to improper aftercare.
9. Photo & Media Release
By booking services, you grant Glam Concierge permission to photograph or record services for:
- Portfolio use
- Website gallery
- Social media
- Marketing materials
If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to your appointment.
10. Website Gallery & Intellectual Property
All images, videos, logos, branding, text, and design elements on this website are the exclusive property of Glam Concierge.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
- Unauthorized use of images from our gallery is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glam Concierge by Dipped Dazzle LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Allergic reactions (when disclosure was not provided)
- Loss or damage to personal property during service
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
